Our foundations programs will help to get you better acquainted with movements and any modifications you may need to make to help you progress.  They are not required to do in order, and can be completed at any time within your first month at ChalkDust.  Check the schedule and reserve your spot today!

Foundations 1:
Covers basic barbell movements

Foundations 2:
Covers bodyweight and gymnastic movements.

Foundations 3:
Covers complex movements that may come up in a class setting, i.e. box jumps, rowing, wall balls, etc.
